Overview

Uro – oncology is a subspecialty of urology which deals with management of genitourinary cancer involving organs like kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder, prostate, urethra, penis, testes, adrenal gland etc. We are one among a few centers in our country having a dedicated uro – oncology unit. Uro – oncology unit was started at our hospital on 06/07/2023 with Dr. Midhun P Gopalakrishnan as unit in charge. Dr. Midhun is an experienced uro – oncologist who was trained in uro – oncology at Tata medical center, Kolkata. We are providing comprehensive cancer care in uro – oncology at our institute.
