Overview

The Department of Critical Care at Amala Institute of Medical Sciences is a state-of-the-art Level 3 Intensive Care Unit that provides comprehensive, round-the-clock care for critically ill patients across medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, trauma, and postoperative specialties. With more than 100 ICU beds, the department is one of the largest and most advanced critical care facilities in the region, equipped with modern monitoring systems, advanced ventilatory support, bedside ultrasonography, and evidence-based critical care protocols. Our multidisciplinary team of intensivists, specialized critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, clinical pharmacists, dietician and other allied healthcare professionals who works collaboratively to deliver timely, patient-centred care with the highest standards of safety and compassion.
